What is StarPrepare?
StarPrepare is an AI-powered app that generates behavioral interview answers in STAR format based on your resume or quick profile.
How do credits work?
Each AI generation costs credits. You get free credits at signup. Purchase more via in-app purchase or subscribe for ongoing access.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Delete Account in the app, or visit our account deletion page for detailed instructions. You can also email hello@starprepare.com.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone > tap your name > Subscriptions > StarPrepare > Cancel. Manage subscriptions through Apple, not our app.
My response generation failed. What happened to my credits?
Credits are automatically refunded when a generation fails. If you don't see the refund within a few minutes, contact us.
Is my resume data stored?
Your resume is processed server-side to generate responses but is NOT stored on our servers beyond the current request.
