Delete Your Account

How to permanently delete your StarPrepare account and data.

Delete from the App

Open the StarPrepare app
Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
Confirm deletion when prompted
Your account and data will be permanently deleted

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including credits, chat history, and profile information will be permanently removed.

What Gets Deleted

Your account and profile information
All chat sessions and generated responses
Credit balance and purchase history
Quick Profile data
Resume data (note: not stored on servers beyond requests)

What Is Retained

Anonymized, aggregated analytics data
Transaction records required by law

Timeline

Account deletion takes effect immediately. All associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Alternative: Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, email hello@starprepare.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
